The service has deteriorated in recent years. First a mistake was made with my lens. At the moment I called (shortly after receipt) to indicate that the lens leads to irritation. I was then told that I had to wait a month because the doctor was on vacation. After a month went by and did not receive a new lens. So I had to wear my old lens for half a year. Now finally ordered new lenses, after having done a year with half year lenses. ordered more than 2 weeks ago, still nothing inside. After having had telephone contact with the operator, I was told that it could take at least 2 weeks. That while the lens with which I have kept it for a year is worn on the edges. So now again 2 weeks without lenses. Dramatic service. In the past it was unfortunately different.
