I called My Learning Studio to verify pricing information and detail on the school teaching process. The information I did not get. Instead, Lorna, the owner, delivered the most condescending speech I ve heard in my life; in relation to parenting and my educational readiness to help my children. She sounds like an extremely arrogant person that most likely did not realize that such lack of people skills will be perceived negatively. I don t see the benefit of making people feel ignorant and inadequate. Given that Lorna is the business owner I have to wonder how the learning process at My Learning Studio is presented to the kids.
