The Guinness storehouse tour is nothing but a giant advertisement for a brewer that YOU have to pay for. The tour is of stagged displays that describe how great they think Guinness is. Despite the name, the tour does not actually include a tour of their brewing facilities. Everything is very expensive and you even have to pay the entrance fee to go to the gift shop. Save your money, Guinness branded merchandise is everywhere in Dublin, and there are plenty of micro breweries in town that would be happy to show you their actual brewing facilities.
