The staff was amazing, Kate-Lyn was so kind and so attentive. We were staying in Edmonton as my daughter was in the hospital for heart surgery. We got an amazing rate (partnered with Ronald McDonald House), the hotel was beautiful, very clean, they took all COVID precautions and the people were wonderful.
