My father was there for 2 days with a serious injury. Not once did I get a call from the nursing staff, though I left several messages. Only talked to a doctor once and that was because my father called me when she came in the room. I received no instructions on how to care for him, they just bought him out and dumped him into the car. I cant even get his medical records for two weeks because their Medical Records Department is closed to the public. The my chart activation code doesn't work, so we can't even look at what was done to him.
