Recent trip to Manila and 1st time at EDSA, Shangri-la. Service was great, room service was good. Both Heat restaurant and paparazzi restaurant were great too. I really enjoyed the buffet, wide range of food and never an issue getting a table. They also display peak times for the restaurants which helps.
