I wouldn't take a tricycle to Fort Mill Ford. My $198 oil change last summer is the gift that keeps on giving. I Went to another local dealer this morning to get another oil change and they discovered that the cabin filter that was supposedly changed last summer was a hot mess. Probably original to the car.

Thanks for ripping me off for $29 (over priced) cabin filter I didn't get Fort Mill Ford. Don't bother responding either, first impressions last.

Was it because I had out-of-state plates on my car? Hmmmmm I wonder.....

Bottom line: Steer clear of Fort Mill Ford's overpriced and underperforming service department.
