Sent to collections when bill wasn't paid in 30 da...

Sent to collections when bill wasn't paid in 30 days. Seems a little quick doesn't it. Wasn't billed until 6 months after service and sent to collections within 30 days of 1st bill notice. Tried to contact dept and they said yes sent to collections after 30 days. Wow.

I do not feel I need to discuss with anyone further, I called billing dept prior to my review to discuss and was offered no other explanation at that time until I made a complaint.
