what a terrible experience! i first ordered online...

what a terrible experience! i first ordered online for a pick up and when I realized i could not come at that time they told me on the phone that it was not possible to come another day, and I had to cancel my order. Then i did a second order with the time i wanted and when i arrived they told me that the product was not ready, i should come back tomorrow. I mentioned that i was advised to come at that time and had to cancel a previous order because of that. "no, you could have easily come the next day"... ok great, too late. So I wait 45 minutes and then someone says "no, but in fact the product is not even in the store" ; it will only be there in 7 days. So, here I am, 2 orders, 2 cancellations, 1 trip to Ikea so 15 of car rental, all for nothing. Last time.
