I called to have my Armada serviced due to no heat...

I called to have my Armada serviced due to no heat. There was no appointment available for almost 2 weeks. The reason I was given for the heat not working is the coolant needed to be purged and the warrantee didn't cover it. So I paid. I just dropped my Armada off again, just a week after the repair (which couldn't be done in one day) and no heat. I'm specifically disappointed in no heat not being covered under the warranty that I purchased from you, the palpable feeling that nobody went to the mat for me against the warranty company, the repair taking two days after I set an appointment, and having to take my Armada back because that wasn't the issue. I honestly feel deceived by the service department having to pay for something that wasn't the issue in the first place. All of this is happening at a time when I'm considering getting a new Armada.
