I was referred here by my husband, who'd been getting his car washed for free even though he had never bought his car there. So when I bought my Lexus I thought I'd try it out and have my oil changed there for the first time, and also discuss some other concerns I had with my car. Boy was I disappointed.

First the pros - Great, luxurious customer facilities with free drinks, comfy chairs, etc. Most of the staff were extremely friendly and courteous.

Now the cons - When I called about the free car wash I was told that the service was for customers who'd bought their car at a Park Place dealership. When I explained that my husband had been getting his car washed there for free for YEARS, I was told that it wasn't possible(!?!) Next, my "service advisor" - Jenn - was not helpful. I felt she could care less what I was there for. Just wanted to get me signed in and out of her way. I'd asked how long the service would take and was told 90 minutes. Well I was there for over 2 hours. When I was finally told that my car was ready, I still had to wait outside another 15-20 minutes for it to be brought to me. This was after I had talked to a couple of valets for help and service managers about the delay.

To me, the whole service thing and the relative expense is all hype. You really don't get that much value for your money, when I could have taken my car to a local Meineke or something, paid FAR less and would have been out a lot sooner!!
