I brought my car in for a 1030am appointment. I called at 230pm to see when my car would be ready. I was going to need a pickup to get back to the Ford dealership. The agent believed that my car would be ready before the end of the day. It wasn't. Luckily I had access to another car to get to work in the morning. The agent was apologetic.
