We brought Jingle to Metropolitan on the advice of our regular vet. They were efficient as well as understanding and I did not hesitate to hand off my dog for testing. They made sure I understood what the tests were for and asked my permission each time. They also gave an estimate of how much it would cost. And the costs were less than some other vet ERs.

When we got a hard-to-hear diagnosis, everyone there was kind and sympathetic. They sent me the results summary as well. One of the vet nurses knew Jingle and cried with me over the phone.
