See the review by Steven. They still owe me money, triple charged for my room, refunded only 1 charge so I am still double charged. Lol, on the response to Steven. A MONTH to correct the issue. Because it takes time for the statement to reach the owner?? That doesn't even make sense, if you know you have someone else's money, YOU notify them and refund it immediately. You don't wait for them to call you on it.

Coming up on 2 months now... still don't have my money back. Tom B. Why do I need to call you to get money back? This is simple, when you have money that isn't yours, you give it back to the person it belongs to.
