I ve never had such terrible service from any car dealership before. Last year when I dropped off my car for an oil change at 8am, it was there all day and all they said was they forgot about it and left zero gas in the car when it was returned. I completed the how was your service form and told them all of this and not one person felt the need to respond to me. Today I also had an appointment for an oil change and requested a loaner vehicle as I own a business and needed to return to it. I show up to the appointment and they have no rentals and dropped me off at enterprise, in which they forgot to make a reservation for me. I highly recommend going somewhere else.
