Worst customer service ever. I get charged for someone else. I got no notification, no email, or a phone call informing so. All I was told the transaction has been processed and we can t refund you the money. I have been going for 6 years and haven t had a problem. 24 needs to higher more competent people and learn what customer/guest services is. I will not set foot in another 24 hour fitness again. If you want your money stolen from you go ahead and go to 24 hour fitness. Worst part my customer service specialist, Allandra (i don t know if I spelled her name correctly), when asked so what s going to happen to the money I was charged am I out of luck and lost? Her response was yup . So much for quality guest service.
