I am not sure what is going on, but I loved getting cakes and cupcakes from Caketini. I have had such a great experience over the years until as of late.

I have been trying for nearly a couple of weeks to order a cake for my one-year wedding anniversary next week. I received one reply to my initial request, and sent two follow up emails to Cathy after that. Without a response. I even put in a new request via the website and have yet to receive a response to that.

I am not sure what has happened to the customer service but I am saddened and disappointed. I probably will not be ordering from them in the future as it seems they are not wanting my business.
