In the process of booking and redeeming a voucher, the behavior of the Giardino Group in no way corresponds to the communicated Giardino claim - neither in professionalism nor in customer orientation!

We will forego the voucher and inform the Jelmoli Group about the process.

I will return another voucher for CHF 400, which I won at a Julius Baer Bank golf tournament in 2018, to Julius Baer with a corresponding comment.
