The hotel was unfortunately a major disappointment. I've booked at Marriott exclusively for over a decade and am a long time rewards member. When I let the staff know that the room they had reserved for me (upon arrival) smelled like a sewer due to a significantly backed up bathtub, I was told to come back down and they would see what they could do. Extremely gross!! Their response was slow and indifferent. Shocked. Well, there's always the Hilton...
