I had to do 2 jobs so far on my car. The first one was a major service and the other one was to change the timing belt and water pump since my water pump broke down.
I understand that I can get better deal perhaps in other garages however, I am very pleased with the level of customer service and the provided maintenance work. I dealt both times with a lovely lady called Jade Bunce. She is very helpful and will provide updates in timely manner. I do understand that sometimes updates are lost through the chain.
At the major service I paid a reasonable price, to get a full checklist report on my email and a video, and had to change tyres at a very reasonable price.
The water pump, timing belt situation was different. I broke down and took the car in for repair. I have been told it will be within 4 working days they will do the Job. Jade called to say there has been an issue on the lead-time on the water pumps and had to wait for 2 weeks. Anyway they had no courtesy car to provide but since they knew it will take a while the 3 rd working day they provided a 2019 Polo c.car for me. The job took 3 weeks eventually to be finished because Jade was away on holiday the second week and no other person would follow up to see what the status of the repair was i guess. You may pay more but I felt that I got the service i required in that difficult situation. I do get that other places and insurances may give you courtesy cars but you need to pay a yearly fee for that too! Thanks Jade and team
