UrbanBound is not a service you should use unless your employer is requiring you to. They are unbelievably slow and at times, completely unresponsive. They have to approve every single decision you make for your move even if it s within the your relocation budget provided by your employer.
The movers they contract with were hired to do a complete move. And instead they did half the job and didn t even assist with moving the boxes into the apartment I was moving into.
If you want to stress out more and pull your hair out during your move- definitely pick UrbanBound!
