I did masses of research before I bought from Blue Whale Spa. I kept coming back to this company as their reviews were excellent, prices were competitive and every person I spoke to there was very knowledgeable. I paid them a visit to look at their hot tubs and the showroom was amazing. Every tub they had there was obviously very good quality. The employees were excellent. I decided there and then that I would buy from them. Every part of the process was brilliant, they were always at the end of the phone if I needed any questions answered. When the tub was delivered the young lad went through everything with us, he had excellent knowledge of the product. The after service/guarantee is real peace of mind too if anything crops up. I keep my tub on so it's ready from me to use anytime and it's not costing a fortune at all to run. It's very economical and it must be really well insulated. I can hand on heart 100% recommend this company. You won't regret buying from them.
