I requested a double bed room and they gave me a a king size bed and someone on the floor I was at was smoking weed, now I dont have a problem with weed smoking but when someone is getting sick and you dont do anything I will start to comprehend. Also another problem I had was when I booked the room I checked to see if 18 year olds could book and sure enough it didn't say I couldn't so I book the room 1 week before new years as I got to check out the lady said i couldn't lucky I had my dad there but she said he cant checked in for me. I started to get mad because I have my I'd, debit card and my dads I'd with me but she still would not let me check in so I had to call hotels.vom to change the name on the reservation so I could get my room I paid for. I will never book here ever again
