Art Van has changed their warranty structure since I bought my table in 2016($1,299 Signature Collection). My warranty doesn't cover this (see picture attached). They offered to fix the table at a cost of $400 ($100 for labor and $300 for transport to their facility). Nothing else was offered to rectify the situation.
