The ER don't care about the well being of a child....

The ER don't care about the well being of a child. been here for 2hrs my son has a fever he's been coughing throwing up and all the lady can tell me is the sickest goes first you cant see my son isn't feeling good just like all the other kids that got pushed right in front of all the other kids that has been waiting to be seen. How do you know that the other kid is sicker then the other nobody is even taking temperatures when you check in
