These guys get a 5 for service, and a 2 for quality.

I purchased one of their foam and cotton mattresses and it immediately started to compress. All the rotating and flipping I did barely seemed to make a difference at all. I've had the mattress for 10 months now and there is no way it will make it to the 3 years I was promised.

Really too bad because the people there were extremely helpful and I love the idea of buying a locally made mattress. The price was right too, but I feel like it would have been worth my $$ to buy a more expensive and durable mattress. Won't be going back to this place.
