Not bad to pay Holiday Inn prices for a boutique hotel but you def see the gaps in an actual boutique hotel experience like Kimpton or others. Plastic utensils when requested, ice machine broken on multiple floors. Ordered a movie and it cut out 2mins in. Called the front desk and they said they ll send an engineer . Hour goes by and no one shows. Call back and rings for 30 seconds then the call drops (on the hotel phone). The final straw was when no hotel staff would respond to calls of a domestic disturbance that was turning violent in the room next door. Don t know if anyone got hurt, after 30 minutes of yelling and banging it all just stopped. We packed our stuff said goodby to the tiny water feature they call a pool and vowed never to come back
