I have owned 3 Ford Fusion's that have come from this dealership, not only were the first two cars used, but felt brand new the time spent in each. The third time around I decided to go brand new; after working with Ronnie and Chuck, picking out how I wanted this vehicle, I was given EXACTLY what I wanted. Truthfully, you will never find that kind of expertise and willingness to help the customer anywhere else but Baystate Ford. 5 Star rating all around, but to truly experience this kind of professionalism, and dedication - you will have to go in and see for yourself.
