bought a new amana washer the guys installed it went to go use it later on in the day and its doesn't spin , called whirlpool they granted me a replacement 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it, apparently I'm waiting for a call from that department first then once that department calls me I have to wait for a date for a replacement, this is so ridiculous I don't recommend whirlpool products to anyone
