Worst ER I have ever been to. I went to an urgent Care center first knowing the ER are over crowded right now. The Urgent Care I went said they couldn't treat me for what I went there for cause their machine could not register my glucose level, that I needed to go to the ER right away so I did, and went to the nearest one Mercy San Juan, big mistake, huge. I waited, after I told them what the urgent Care told me, 2 hrs to be seen in triage. my glucose lvl was 760. Many things could have happened to me, and all that happened was they got my blood sugars down and sent me out the door after being lectured for two days and being yelled at because they doped me up on pain meds and couldn't stay awake to answer their questions. Rude very rude no true heart of Dr. All about the their pay not the patients. Worthless hospital and gives Dignity Health a bad name.
