Customer service - I would give 1 star, the tech person on the phone was highly unprofessional and rude, he was not willing to explain the complete details of installation. Since my friend gave good feedback, I scheduled an appointment. The technician who came to our house for installing the security system went above and beyond our expectation. Five star for this technician . He was very Honest and straightforward; In fact, he explained thoroughly the functionality of each device he installed. I hope I won't have any trouble with my system since I didn't get a good response from customer service.
