they hand on vans sometimes to help give out needles condoms etc, to bad that they closed it now users had to go back to the parks, bathrooms on restaurants etc to do their stuff, was a good place, so homeless people can be there rest for a while have social workers etc, and fell like a regular person, but the city did not allow for people to shut in their, that was their excuse to close the place
