I would highly recommend them! I am new to the area, and do not have an established vet, and was very concerned about a sudden problem with my cat's eye. (Ok, I was freaking out a little...) The receptionist I spoke with informed me that the eye specialist did not have availability that week, but that their ER vets are trained in all the specialties as well and will consult the specialists if needed. She was very patient and could tell I was a little freaked out, and explained in detail the process of me coming in to see an ER vet. I also found the ER price to be reasonable (and turns out a little cheaper than the specialist, since they had to run less tests based on what was wrong with her eye). My cat was taken back immediately and the vet who came for her was extremely sweet and calming. I waited about 15 minutes to be called back for my consultation with the vet, who I also found to be helpful and sincere. I went back to the waiting room and waited another 5 minutes for a vet assistant to bring me the meds and explain follow up care (she was also so sweet and patient). These people seriously have THE BEST "bed-side" manner of any vet (or doctors office for that matter) that I've ever been to.
