This is the worst major chain hotel in the area. In the worst area (jane and finch).

Edited. My manager had an argument with the front desk and I'm happy I didnt have to stay in this hotel. Rooms are bad, bathrooms are bad, halls are bad, the only good thing is leaving.

Edit: dear manager/owner that replied. Please don't bother. Burn it down for the insurance money and try again. Every aspect of this location is a travesty.
