Absolutely shocking company, Premium Credit, Premi...

Absolutely shocking company, Premium Credit, Premium Rate Phone number....this is the second time in a month that i have been left on the phone for more than 15 minutes listening to that hideous tune, money taken from my account on the wrong date and then put on hold for an additional 9 mins while they listened back to MY call, at my expense from the previous call, information requested at the beginning of the call from an automated service and then asked the SAME information by the advisor once you get through, if this is standard practice it needs to stop...and this happens EVERY time i call, are they being trained to keep us on hold for a certain amount of time knowing its premium rate,? i would love to know how many other people this has happened too....if i don't get an adequate answer within 8 weeks, the time frame stipulated by the financial ombudsman, then i will take this further. My phone bills are higher than my insurance..!!!
