Firstly, can I say that it was such a pain to get into Google reviews, that I would not have bothered, had I not been keen to leave a review for Carpenter's. They were assigned by my insurance company, when my car was hit in the rear. They handled the process quickly & efficiently & kept me informed at every stage.
