After an uninviting welcome (we had to do the forcing for the person to move and find our reservation) the meal was very nice with an attentive guide / waiter. Being in total darkness is confusing (no light filters even when people are entering or leaving), we find it difficult to look for the components of the dish or drink as well as their food on the plate.
A good experience in the end.
