Lindsay Chevrolet is a decent dealership, I wouldn't say it's the best experience that I've ever had by a long shot, but I will say that my experience was exponentially better after meeting my sales associate, Madison. Madison was very attentive to my needs/wants out of a vehicle, super chill, not pushy in any way, and just a great sales associate in general. I guess I'd have to give some credit to Lindsay Chevy for having pretty good prices on their vehicles, but if you intend on buying a new/used vehicle here, I'd highly recommend asking for Madison.
Lindsay Chevy actually has a pretty great service department, I d go as far as to say that they have the best service department in the area (I ve been to a couple) and although they re like any other service department, expensive, they stand out by having great customer service that s fairly quick. They don t typically have a loaner car available unless you re there for a service that s going to take some serious time and even then you d have to schedule the loaner ahead of time, but they do have a shuttle service that will get you home if you live close to the dealership.
P.S. This was my second automotive purchase at this location.
