Do not use this company if you want to close on time or save money. With four weeks till my closing date I hired them . It took over two weeks to even get a call from the adjuster to schedule the inspection. She came out and never once said anything was wrong or going to be an issue. It then took four more weeks to get her paper work turned in, corrected and then resubmitted just to find out that three shingles on the side of my house had to be replaced before she could do a final inspection. Needless to say the $50 dollar repair has now costed me 6 weeks in extension fees to keep my interest rate. The final inspection is scheduled for today and maybe in th next two weeks she will get her papers in order so I can close . Wish me luck and please find someone else to use this has been-exhausting and costly and this company is incorrigible. My rating is negative five stars.
