I'm quite upset about the staff manning the concessions in the lobby during the Banff film festival on Feb 3rd. I bought a plate of food and a drink handing over $20 plus tips. They neglected to say that I couldnt take either in to the show that was about to start. I would have very much appreciated that tidbit of info before buying concessions a few minutes before the show started. A simple sign or a simple "Hey FYI the show is starting and you cant take food inside" would have sufficed instead of telling me after taking my money.
