WE love Google and like the reviews our tenants are able to post. WE just need to "as landlord" be able to rebuttle a reveiw when it is based on untrue critisizm. How can I rebuttle a bad reference that
I did not deserve. Google need to ad this to thier system. I work so hard to help my residents find a safe quiet environment to live in. I need a process on Google to combat this type of evil resident or ex resident. WE have 12 positive review and two negative after we asked residents to move for very good reasons. How can we get the facts on the table? If a resident damages the apartment or leaves it filthy, they need to pay for those damages and the cost of cleaning.
