Really Poor Experience! Staff seem completely uninterested in the place! Seems like a huge lack of management!
Service was a HUGE let down
Disappointing management
If you just want a comfy bed then yeah great but if you want a 5 Star experience then stay clear of here there are plenty more options around London that will be better spent on!
