With regret, I give the lowest grade, unfortunately - despite many chances on my part, AIP did not fight to raise it.

For those who are really taking their first steps in business, AIP can be quite a valuable option, but for anyone who has experienced business in some form - it's better to avoid, there are many more flexible and cost-competitive alternatives to running your own business.

Aside from the very limited value offered by AIP - in fact, there are many training materials at the disposal of the members of the incubator and the basic issues related to legal and accounting services are taken over by AIP, while despite the noisy declarations on the website and during training / webinars / phone calls - The substantive quality of AIP's support is very, very low, and at the same time it is associated with a significant "stiffening" of the conducted activity, resulting from various formal requirements set by AIP in relation to the signed contracts and the time necessary to process and negotiate the provisions of the documents, which in my case resulted in the necessity to resign from AIP, because the benefits did not exceed the entire effort and cost associated with intermediation (because in fact it works in practice that it is mediated - AIP is a party to the contracts) between my contractors and AIP.

However, I would like to emphasize that the rating 1 does not result from the inflexibility of the AIP mechanics, but above all from the low substantive quality of the support offered (despite great marketing) and, most importantly, from ignoring the participants of the pre-incubation program. Unfortunately, there is no other word for a situation in which after 3 months I can not wait for the implementation of the request for a mentoring meeting, in the meantime being sold with arguments about the lack of the right to this service (from which, after analyzing the provisions of my pre-incubation agreement, AIP quickly withdrew ) or the "holiday period", and ending with the lack of response to e-mails or the lack of answering phone calls by the person responsible for contact with program participants.

In summary, the 3 key arguments for the lowest rating - lack of flexibility, lack of professionalism, lack of respect for me as a party to the AIP contract.
