These guys are pretty smart. Claim repricing is spot on. Policies are good for budget conscious with few holes. Claims system is weak when it comes to flexibility. Underwriting is a little deceptive, their manual rates probably won't stick unless your group is spotless. Phone systems seem to be a mess. Still wayyyyy better than working with a carrier.
