Being brand new to the city and literally not knowing anything about the renting procedures and expectations of this market I was a bit intimidated with the whole process, especially with the tight and pricey market here.
But when I did find the place I wanted to rent after dealing with Jonathan Beck and Rancho Management, the process was seamless. The application paperwork went smoothly, Jon was always available to answer any of questions during that time and his response time was excellent. It s been over 6 months now and any issue with the property that has come up, thankfully not many, was dealt with quickly and efficiently and with minimal impact to my time or schedule.
Dealing with Jonathan Beck and Rancho Management has been one of the best experiences I ve ever had, and I ve rented in markets from coast to coast, Halifax, Toronto, Calgary and now Vancouver.
