An excellent room on the 44th floor but we seemed to have missed out on the chocolates, not that this was any great disappointment. Very helpful and friendly staff.
A perfect venue for a visit to NY. No complaints what-so-ever but one very strange thing. I wanted to borrow a pair of scissors from Reception and was told that I could only have them if I used them in the reception area (for security reasons.) Yet many shops were selling knives etc. of all different sizes and there was nothing stopping me from walking off the street with any one of these on my person.
