Our bed was smaller than what I thought we ordered...

Our bed was smaller than what I thought we ordered, but it was a business trip so it s hard to say what exactly was promised. It was also very uncomfortable and the pillows were uncomfortable too. My husband and I both woke up with neck and back aches multiple nights. So that s one star deduction.

They redeemed a star by having our room ready an hour earlier than Check-in time and gave us an extra couple hours after standard check-out time of 11 before we had to officially check-out. Much appreciated.

However they lost the star again when both our keys became deactivated for no reason causing us to have to go downstairs and get new keys after a long day and we were rushing off to catch another appointment.

One more star deducted for cleanliness. The linens were nice and towels were soft but the grout in the bathroom was dirty, one of the curtains was broken, and there were random splashes of dirtiness on the walls and the valances.

Customer service was okay, everything else was typical hotel.
