I can t say enough GREAT about this hotel. We arrived at 2:30 am and our reservation was for the following evening. The staff scrambled to find us a suite equivalent to our reservation and were able to offer a two-grade upgrade at a reduced rate. While they prepared the suite we were escorted to the executive lounge and offered all the amenities. We stayed 3 days and found the facilities, ambience, furnishings, and staff to be EXCEPTIONAL! We felt welcome because of the fabulous staff...everyone from the bellman, Navigators, to the managers made us feel like family. A sincere shout-out to Leeann and Musa at the coffee bar...great coffee, superb sweets, and spot-on local info. We miss you already! Keep up the great work...we ll be back!
