I would give it 0 stars. This is not a management company at all, they don't manage anything. Very disorganized none of our tenants are happy with them from one month to another they raised the maintenance fees by $100.00. We do not have maintenance on property. For things to happen or get done many many many phone calls and emails have to be made. This is not a management company, this place is ran by thieving, lazy, uncaring people who only care about themselves.
