Having Bale Chevrolet as the main place where we have our vehicles serviced is a blessing...not just because they are located just blocks from our home, but having a top-notch team of knowledgeable service advisors dedicated to ensuring we receive the utmost care in the maintenance of our vehicles is something we greatly appreciate.

And being able to sometimes just call ahead and make a service appointment, getting a ride with Eddie to where we need to be in a hurry via the shuttle van, or to just get a quick answer to something that might be wrong with our vehicles...having Paul, Carl, or ANY of the Bale Service Team assist us with a problem is indeed something we are grateful to have at our fingertips!

In addition...with the recently remodeled Service Department operating at warp-speed daily, we can rest assured that our vehicles are in and out quickly...especially with the way they run the credit card terminals so efficiently right there in the Service Department without having to go to a separate area to pay for services rendered.
